Cierra began working for USS in the Customer Care Center in 2023 following her experiences that range from working at Ferguson and in child care, to the grocery and restaurant business.
Originally from Cadiz, KY, Cierra met Jimmy (who also works for USS) in 2014 & moved to TN. They now have a 5 year old little boy. During the summer they enjoy going out on the boat, fishing, camping, and spending time together as a family, and love taking family vacations to the beach.
